The Office of Energy Efficiency and Renewable Energy (EERE) intends to issue, on behalf of the Advanced Manufacturing Office (AMO), a Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) entitled “Clean Energy Manufacturing Innovation Institute for Modular Chemical Process Intensification”.

Determines the amount of fuel energy required to produce steam with specified properties at a given flow rate using general boiler operational characteristics. Heat Loss Calculates the energy (heat) loss and outlet steam properties given inlet steam conditions and a % heat loss.

Project will be co-funded by the Office of Fossil Energy as an HPC4Materials for Severe Environments seedling project and by the Advanced Manufacturing Office as part of the HPC4Mfg portfolio.
